This statement governs our privacy policies with respect to those users of the Site (\u201cVisitors\u201d) who visit without transacting business and Visitors who register to transact business on the Site and make use of the various services offered by Slynk (collectively, \u201cServices\u201d) (\u201cAuthorized Customers\u201d).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Personally Identifiable Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Personally Identifiable Information refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains, including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number, email address, financial profiles and credit card information. Personally Identifiable Information does not include information that is collected anonymously (that is, without identification of the individual user) or demographic information not connected to an identified individual.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Personally Identifiable Information is collected?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We may collect basic user profile information from all of our Visitors. We collect the following additional information from our Authorized Customers: the names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of Authorized Customers.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, we use security software and analytics software that collects IP addresses and ISP hostnames to detect, prevent and remedy any malicious activity on the site as well as provide us with valuable insights on user activity so we can improve your experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What organizations are collecting the information?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In addition to our direct collection of information, our third party service vendors (such as credit card companies, clearinghouses, banks, mailing list and analytics services) may collect information from our Visitors and Authorized Customers. We do not control how these third parties use such information, but we do ask them to disclose how they use personal information provided to them from Visitors and Authorized Customers. Some of these third parties may be intermediaries that act solely as links in the distribution chain, and do not store, retain, or use the information given to them.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, we use three payment gateways and processors to capture payments. These are PayPal, Stripe and CoinGate.<\/p>\n<p>We use Google Analytics and WP Stats to collect basic visitor information in order to help enhance The Site features.<\/p>\n<p>We use security services to monitor IP addresses and visitor information to protect our Authorized Customers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How does the Site use Personally Identifiable Information?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We use Personally Identifiable Information to customize the Site and to make appropriate service offerings on the Site. We may email Visitors and Authorized Customers about research or information related to the subject matter of the Site. We may share aggregated information about our Visitors, including the demographics of our Visitors and Authorized Customers, with our affiliated agencies and third party vendors. We also offer the opportunity to \u201copt out\u201d of receiving information or being contacted by us or by any agency acting on our behalf.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How is Personally Identifiable Information stored?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Personally Identifiable Information collected by Slynk is securely stored and is not accessible to third parties or employees of Slynk&#8217;s except for use as indicated above.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How long is\u00a0Personally Identifiable Information stored?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We keep records of our customers, orders and site statistics for a minimum of 7 years in order to satisfy legal requirements of our business and in case any disputes arise where we need to review previous activity. Visitors and Authorized Customers are able to request that their information be removed completely, however, we reserve the right to retain any information that we are required to by law.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What choices are available to Visitors regarding collection, use and distribution of the information?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Visitors and Authorized Customers may opt out of receiving unsolicited information from us or being contacted by us and\/or our vendors and affiliated agencies by responding to emails as instructed, or simply by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/staging6.slynk.net\/contact\">contacting us<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Are Cookies Used on the Site?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cookies are used for a variety of reasons. We also use cookies to make your experience nicer and to help remember you and your preferences.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How does Slynk use login information?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Slynk uses login information, including, but not limited to, IP addresses, ISPs, and browser types, to analyze trends, administer the Site, track a user\u2019s movement and use, and gather broad demographic information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What partners or service providers have access to Personally Identifiable Information from Visitors and\/or Authorized Customers on the Site?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Slynk has entered into and will continue to enter into partnerships and other affiliations with a number of vendors. Such vendors may have access to certain Personally Identifiable Information on a need to know basis for evaluating Authorized Customers for service eligibility. Our privacy policy does not cover their collection or use of this information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information to comply with law.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of our Visitors and Authorized Customers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How does the Site keep Personally Identifiable Information secure?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All of our employees are familiar with our security policy and practices. The Personally Identifiable Information of our Visitors and Authorized Customers is only accessible to a limited number of qualified employees who are given secure passwords in order to gain access to the information. We audit our security systems and processes on a regular basis.<\/p>\n<p>Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers or social security numbers, are protected by encryption protocols and are not stored by us directly, but with the payment processing company. We will however notify Authorized Customers in a timely manner if there has been any sort of breach, suspected or confirmed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How can Visitors correct any inaccuracies in Personally Identifiable Information?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Authorized Customers may change personal details from within their account or by contacting us directly. Visitors should contact us to update Personally Identifiable Information about them or to correct any inaccuracies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can a Visitor delete or deactivate Personally Identifiable Information collected by the Site?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete\/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site\u2019s database by contacting us directly.<\/p>\n<p>However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor\u2019s entry without retaining some residual information.
